See plants in a whole new way! In this fun 3-hour culinary demonstration, learn how to "do" vegan. This class takes you through all meals and snacks in a perfect plant-based day, with some indulgences and party tricks to round it out. Recreate familiar breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert favorites using fruit and veggie “stunt doubles” for meat and dairy.  Enjoy samples of six dishes demonstrated by Chef Stacey Ellis. Take home recipes and resources to help you incorporate more fruits and vegetables into your diet.

Parking:
​Ample and easy street parking is avaialble -- some areas may have time limits. Jack London Square Market Parking Garage is located two blocks away at 277 2nd Street.


Upon Arrival:
The building address number (201) is located on sidewalk planter in front of the building. From the Call Box pad, dial #633 (not the unit number) or look up "PK Studios." 
The loft is located on the 2nd floor. Make two lefts after exiting the elevator.
