HI! I'm Chef Stacey and I'm super excited to be launching a new series of vegan pop-up dining experiences in the SF Bay Area starting Sun., Feb. 26. Pop ups are a blast for me. I've missed doing them over the last year while I was launching my vegan cooking school. I'm happy to be back in a restaurant setting where I can express my hospitality, try new things and take care of people. It's another expression of Herb'n Vegan that keeps me moving toward my mission... to change the way we think about plants as food, and in fact, to make plants the stars of our plates in the most delicious of ways. Most Pop Ups will be casual neighborhood shin-digs with plant-based twists on familiar favorites. But look for fancy-pants events to come a down the road.  For now, my Pop Ups are once a month on the last night of the month. I'm delighted to be working with Wine Kitchen as a home base, but details may change so be sure to follow me on Facebook so you don't miss a thing.  I'm looking forward to seeing you soon. In the meantime, take care of each other and don't forget to eat your veggies!
